Are you ready to revolutionize your relationship with yourself and transform your love and sex life?

Vulnerability is courage.  It fosters connection, intimacy, and creativity.

Developing a compassionate relationship with oneself is the gateway to meaningfully connected relationships with others.

Most of us are given poor relationship education. Often we don't know how to love well.

I believe we can all learn to communicate and love better.

Hello, I’m happy you’re here.

I’m Charlotte and I’m a Sex & Relationship Coach.

I specialize in working with men and couples. My coaching provides the tools, awareness and skills needed to strengthen and repair relationships, enhance emotional & physical intimacy and explores needs, desires, attachment styles and boundaries.

I know how vulnerable it is to discuss topics such as desires, sex, relationship conflicts and self esteem issues. I offer a safe and confidential space to discuss topics that may feel off limits with others.

I’m trained in Level One- Couples Therapy with the Gottman Method as well as a trained Sex and Relationship Coach through the Somatica Institute. In my coaching practice, we work together to form a relationship and to enhance your tools for connection.

In working together, we will break through the barriers, wounds, trauma, societal/family messages, challenges with intimacy, and self-sabotaging behaviors to achieve better and deeper connection, self-love, confidence, peace, security and joy.

By helping couples find their way back to each other, repairing long standing issues in relationships and rekindling connection we create an inclusive atmosphere of compassion, curiosity, and understanding.

You are whole, capable, and resourceful.  It's my honor to join your journey of growth, discovery, and love.
